Meet the team!

Connect Support Group is a provider of disability support services, serving clients throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria. Our staff are fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese (普通話) and Cantonese (廣東話), allowing us to cater for the individual needs and requirements of each of our clients.

After working at the Department of Human Services for 12 years, Agnes founded Connect Support Group in 2017 with a clear vision. With over a decade of experience in Disability Case Management, including Complex Case Management and Crisis Management, Agnes is extremely well connected and has developed a strong network of support services throughout Victoria.

When she unwinds (perhaps over a cup of tea!), she loves gardening and baking. With the combination of thorough knowledge of NDIS and how it works, a large network of support services and an extremely strong work ethic, you are in good hands with Agnes as your Support Coordinator.

An early bird ready to tackle the day, Jeremy is our Operations Manager! He’s passionate about innovation and ensuring we provide the best, tailored support for each participant. Since joining in 2020, he’s played a key role in implementing systems to keep things running smoothly. Outside of seeking improvements at work, Jeremy loves playing basketball and heading to the beach whenever he can, and also speaks some Cantonese!

Criss finds real meaning in getting to know participants and their families, building trust through close collaboration. Criss is energised by working with a great, supportive team and starts each day focused on a positive mindset (fuelled by tea!). To relax and unwind, Criss enjoys building block sets, treating herself to good food, and going shopping.

Selina enjoys connecting participants with the right supports and services to help improve their quality of life. As a night owl, she’s motivated by knowing her work makes a positive difference and finds the team here very supportive. Selina loves listening to different types of music to relax and recharge, and always starts her workday with a good cup of tea.

Henry is an early bird who enjoys helping people access the support they need and seeing the positive changes that follow. Motivated by seeing progress in others, he brings a supportive energy to the team. You might find evidence of organised chaos on his desk, but he always starts his day with breakfast and coffee, ready to go. Outside work, Henry loves playing basketball.

Meet Lienne, someone who loves getting creative with systems and finding new ways to support clients. Fuelled by coffee and the satisfaction of checking off tasks on her comprehensive colour-coded to-do lists, she keeps her desk tidy and thinks the team is hilarious. In her spare time, Lienne enjoys her favourite hobby: sewing and making clothes.

Dannie is always focused on meaningfully helping participants navigate and access the right supports for their wellbeing and independence. Seeing the positive impact this work has keeps her motivated. Dannie finds the team friendly and enjoys travel and music in her spare time. You can be sure her day starts right with breakfast and coffee.

Another early bird, Joey is passionate about making a meaningful impact by helping people. What keeps Joey motivated is seeing clients feel satisfied and achieve their goals through the team’s support. Describing the team as collaborative, Joey enjoys walking the dog and watching movies in spare moments and always starts the workday with coffee!

Jeffrey thrives on the precision and accuracy needed in his role, appreciating tasks that require close attention to detail. Motivated by new challenges and the opportunity to learn, he finds tackling problems really rewarding. When he’s not meticulously ensuring things are just right (powered by coffee), Jeffrey enjoys playing soccer and describes the team as friendly.
