Supporting people with disability, and the people that care for them

We help our clients become more independent, reach their goals and get involved with their community. All of our services are funded through your approved NDIS plan, with no out-of-pocket costs!

NDIS Support
Coordination

Our Support Coordinator will assist you in connecting you with the right service providers, explore your options and coordinate your supports, in order for you to reach the goals in your NDIS plan.

Social and
Community Access

Living with a disability can sometimes make it difficult to participate in the community, to engage in social activities and to have a feeling of belonging. Getting involved in the community and taking part in social activities is very important for reducing stress, improving your mood, foster personal growth, and lead to an overall healthier lifestyle!

Assistance
with Daily Living

Sometimes we need some help with things we do on a daily basis. Assistance with Daily Life covers supports that help you do daily personal activities, so you can live as autonomously as possible. This can take place in your home, out in the community or a mix of both, depending on your needs!

NDIS Occupational
Therapy

Occupational Therapists are allied health professionals who enable people to engage in the things that bring meaning and a sense of purpose to their lives. We will work with you to enhance your ability to engage in the settings you want to!

NDIS Plan Management

Using a Plan Manager gives you choice and control over how you use your NDIS budget, but with the support of a professional behind you to manage your funding and bills that need to be paid. You have the control, without doing the admin work!

Vicki is an outstanding example of good NDIS work. In the early years with NDIS Vicki didn’t change much. Then we found Agnes ! Since Agnes has monitored and improved Vicki’s plan Vicki has improved greatly . She is now healthier,happier,more confident and independent. Family members have commented on the improvement. Beryl is rapt with the change .It has meant Beryl can now rely on Vicki being able to live a more “normal “ life without her constantly checking. Connect Support Group has been really helpful for my mum, especially because of the language barrier when it comes to explaining NDIS matters in Mandarin. The staff are patient, reliable and easy to talk to and Agnes and her group are excellent.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been supported by Connect Support Group since I started with NDIS 5 years ago and I am very happy with their services. I had just had my plan reviewed and renewed a couple of months ago.  It is unfortunate that over the recent few years NDIS has been slashing funding across the board for all clients.  Agnes fought very hard for NDIS not to reduce my funding.  In the end, my funding was reduced but I am satisfied with it because I know the funding would have been a lot less if Agnes had not fought for it on my behalf. Thank you very much, Agnes.
